GOVI and HEXION join forces to serve the Wood panel market with quality wax emulsions in the UK and Ireland

GOVI and HEXION have joined forces to continue to serve the wood panel customers with quality wax emulsions in the UK and Ireland. Hexion is a market leader supplying the particleboard and fiberboard producers with high quality amino and phenolic resins as well as many other products. GOVI is a marketleader supplying the particle board and fiberboard producers with high quality wax emulsions. After the announced closure of the Hexion’s Peterlee site in the UK, where HEXION also produced wax emulsions, both companies looked at possibilities to continue to offer these products to local customers in order to continue to serve the markets on a sustainable basis. Whilst GOVI will continue to produce and market wax emulsions, HEXION has been appointed as the exclusive agent for wax emulsion in the Wood panel market in the UK and Ireland. This will enable continuity for our customers in this region and propose new developments.
