Synco TR

Description:
SYNCO TR is an emulsifying cooling liquid, developed especially, accordingto a new know-how technology, in order to perform a maximum output for cooling the cutting devices during the working process with ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Application:
SYNCO TR  is a formulation based on a hydro-treated basic oil, with total absence of sulphonates as emulsifiers used to maximize the cooling of the cutting devices for ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Characteristics:
SYNCO TR leads to a reinforced resistance against bacteria infections of the cooling liquid, - it guarantees excellent bio-static characteristics, and a longer life  of the emulsions. It also has the legal requirements for the elimination of mixtures of oil and water.

SYNCO TR is and forms a homogeneous, very stable, fine transparent emulsion.
Good  anticorrosive protection at  3 % refractometer. Stable pH value and long stability  of the batch.
It has a good separation  with regard to lubricants and  can be emulsified in average industrial waters.
To be used for normal removing operations at 3 to  max. 5 % refractometer.
In case of heavy duty, like deep drilling, a special  mixed liquid must be used.

Packaging:
SYNCO TR is packed in drums (200 kg) or IBC's (containers of 1.000 kg).
