MDM 82/312 BB

Description:
MDM 82/312 BB is a chlorine-free emulsifiable oil with extreme pressure value which in water forms a milky white emulsion.

Application:
MDM  82/312 BB is a cooling agent and lubricant for production of steel with allied and non-allied carbon and non oxidizing steel. The original formulation of MDM 82/312 BB permits the emulsions to cover a wide range of applications and to perfectly suit very severe metal-working as piercing, drilling, wire-drawing etc.

Characteristics:
The MDM 82/312 BB emulsions are non foaming, even in very low hydrotimetic water.
The complexants they contain avoid forming of soaps with mineral salts present in the hardest water.
The MDM 82/312 BB emulsions do not stick on the machines, they protect them against corrosion. Equally they protect metal pieces against corrosion.
The MDM 82/312 BB emulsions are not aggressive for the skin of users, they are very well tolerated.
MDM 82/312 BB  does not contain : soda nitrite; bore; silicones; heavy metals; chlorine.

Packaging:
MDM 82/312 BB is packed in drums (208 L) or IBC's (containers of 1.000 L).
