M-Coat-N

Description:
M-COAT-N is a general silicone based emulsion, developed to protect the nylon fibres from abrasion in marine and offshore industry.

Application:
M-COAT-N is to be applied by padding or kiss-roll on the fibres.

The product can be used 100 % or diluted with water, depending on the required result.

Drying, by room temperature or accelerated by passing through an oven.

Characteristics:
Improves enormously the abrasion resistance.

Reduces the friction fibres-fibres or fibre-metal.

Improves the wear and fatigue properties.

Packaging:
M-COAT-N is packed in drums (208 kg) or IBC’s (containers of 1000 kg).
