Description:
GOVISIL 60 is a general silicone emulsion, developed for use in various industries and especially for the heat-set rotation presses in the printing industry.
Application:
GOVISIL 60 can be used in many industrial applications:
Mould release of technical rubbers, tires, plastics as well as foundry materials.
Sizing of synthetic fibers to ameliorate abrasion resistance.
Finishing of synthetic fur to provide silky sheen.
Anti-adherent in textile finishes formulations.
Water repellent and anti-adherent for industrial glassware.
Constituent of maintenance products and polishes for floors, furniture, leather, plastics...
Lubricating, anti-mottling and brightening agent in the printing industry.
Characteristics:
Perfect resistance against heat: no thermal degradation leaving carbonaceous residues
Chemical inertia
Good water-repellent properties and good lubricating power
Creates a thin, shiny film which brightens the colors
This product contains a bactericide in order to avoid bad smells, which can develop in the recipient by the mixture of paper fibers, water and oxygen.
Packaging:
GOVISIL 60 is packed in drums of 25 kg or IBC's of 1.000 kg.
