M-Coat-P

Description:
M-COAT-P is a general PE based emulsion, developed to protect the PES fibers from abrasion in marine and offshore industry.

Application:
M-COAT-P may be applied by dip, padding or kiss-roll methods, to give a coating on yarns or rope. The product can be used 100 % or diluted with water, depending on the required result. Drying, by room temperature or accelerated drying by passing through an oven.

Characteristics:
M-COAT-P reduces the fiber-fiber friction or fiber-metal friction. This enormously improves the abrasion resistance and fatigue properties.

M-COAT-P provides a dry lubrication and gives a soft handle or touch.

Packaging:
M-COAT-P is packed in drums (208 kg) or 1 ton IBC’s.
