Extrulube

Description:
Extrulube is a water based lubricant especially developed for use in different applications e.g. spinning of synthetic fibres, extrusion of polypropylene, spin-finish of synthetic or natural yarns, production of needle felt, lubricating of polypropylene carpet backing.

Application:
Extrulube is a very efficient processing aid, which can be used at a significantly lower concentration, compared to most competitive lubricants. The optimum application depends on the nature of the fibre, processing equipment, machine-speed, etc.

Characteristics:
Extrulube gives good processing characteristics on textiles, which are difficult to lubricate. The lubricated textiles show excellent storage stability. Due to the very good water solubility of the lubricant it is easily removed from the tissues with a simple scouring with cold water.

Extrulube contains a complex inhibitor system preventing corrosion and decomposition of the lubricant. It also has a very low toxicity.
