Ensiwax MC-20
Description:
ENSIWAX MC-20 is a weakly coloured, liquid warp-waxing agent for cotton, polyester and polyester-cotton yarns. Other synthetic yarns such as polyamide and polyprop can also be treated with ENSIWAX MC-20.
Application:
ENSIWAX MC-20 can be applied by applicator roll on a (cone) warping machine.
Characteristics:
Gives good lubrification to the warp so that weft can optimally be inserted.
Very good temperature stability during application.
Good binding qualities of fibers to the yarn.
Good dust binding effects.
Due to our well-balanced formula we obtain a homogeneous film, which imparts a constant friction rate.
ENSIWAX MC-20 is washable in standard wash-process with pure water at 40°C.
Packaging:
ENSIWAX MC-20 is available in plastic drums of 208 kg or 25 kg and in 1ton-IBC’s.
