GOVI has been ISO-certified for the past 14 years. As a small company caught between the major players – giant suppliers as well as customers – these certificates serve as a degree, a calling card. But we have to earn these degrees ourselves, it is a calling card we must live up to.

Therefore service is not an empty notion for GOVI. Customers receive our cell phone number and if a problem occurs on a Saturday night, we strive to have it solved by Sunday morning. Most of the time our customers’ continuous production lines cannot suffer any standstill. Which is why our flexibility doesn’t stop after hours!
